FAQs

  • No prior experience is necessary! At Zeta, you will develop the strength and flexibility you need throughout your aerial journey. Everyone is welcome, regardless of their background!

  • We recommend tighter fitting athletic wear to avoid getting caught in fabrics and allow for freedom of movement! Long pants and a shirt that covers your sides will help protect skin from any friction. All classes are performed barefoot, and we provide wipes in the lobby. No loose jewelry, zippers, long acrylic nails, or anything that can snag the fabrics.

  • In your first class, you can look forward to an instructor-led warm-up, followed by conditioning exercises tailored to your apparatus and skill level. This will help you build strength and prepare for a flow that’s designed specifically for you. Please arrive on time, as the warm-up is essential, and don’t forget to bring water to stay hydrated!

  • We’d love to help you determine your level! Please email us at zetatulsa@gmail.comand include any training videos you have. This will allow us to provide you with the best guidance for your experience.

  • Absolutely! Aerial and circus arts are for everyone, regardless of gender, body type, or experience level. We welcome individuals aged 9 and up, and we encourage everyone to explore the exciting world of circus arts. Come join us!
