    In this class, we’ll get upside down in every possible way and utilize handbalancing techniques to strengthen our shoulders, wrists, core, and more. No need too already have a solid handstand to attend this class - we will be practicing our skills in a safe, supportive environment suitable for people at any stage of their handstand journey!

    In this class, we will go over drills and techniques to help us get more flexible. Each week, we will work together to ensure that everybody reaches their bendy goals. Come learn how to push the limits of your body in a safe, fun space for all levels!

    Join us in exploring acrobatic tricks on the ground! In this class, we’ll explore foundational tricks such as cartwheels, bridges, walkovers, rolls, handstands, and more. We prioritize safety and fun, creating an encouraging environment where everyone can thrive. Through targeted exercises and carefully designed progressions, we’ll guide you step-by-step to achieve your acro goals!
