Aerial Fit Level 1

Aerial Fit Level 1 is the perfect starting point for beginners or anyone building confidence on the sling. This 45-minute class introduces proper form, basic aerial techniques, and how to safely use the fabric for support.

The workout is structured in two rounds (circuits).

Each round includes:

  • 4 exercises (upper body, lower body, core, and cardio)

  • 30 seconds on, 10 seconds rest

  • Repeat the round twice before moving on

Expect a blend of HIIT, yoga-inspired mobility, and sling-supported strength training that strengthens alignment, balance, and muscle activation without feeling overwhelming. We break down every move so you know exactly what to do and how to modify it.

No experience needed — just show up ready to move, learn, and feel strong.

Aerial Fit Level 2

Aerial Fit Level 2 takes your sling training up a notch with deeper engagement, longer flows, and more challenging work. If you’ve mastered the basics and want to level up, this class is where you’ll grow.

The workout builds on Level 1 with three rounds (circuits) instead of two.

Each round includes:

  • 4 exercises (upper body, lower body, core, and cardio)

  • 30 seconds on, 10 seconds rest

  • Repeat each round twice before advancing

We refine technique while layering in more complex sequences, bigger conditioning challenges, and optional progressions. You’ll sweat, sculpt, and develop endurance as you move faster, work harder, and feel more in control in the air.

Aerial Strength & Stretch

Aerial Strength & Stretch takes your fitness journey to new heights, blending the dynamic elements of Aerial Fit with flexibility training. This 60-minute class uses the aerial sling to build strength while engaging in active flexibility exercises to enhance your range of motion safely.

Experience the perfect blend of invigorating strength work and soothing stretches, transforming your workout into a playful aerial experience that nurtures the body nd mind.
