Silks, also called Fabric or Tissu, is one long piece of fabric attached in the middle to the ceiling to create two long tails.

  • Elevate your skills in Level 2! You’ll build on your foundational techniques while diving into intermediate tricks and sequences using foot locks and hip keys in the air. Get ready to conquer your first drops and inverts, all while focusing on safety and gaining confidence in your flow.

  • Get ready for some upside-down fun! In Level 3, you'll explore inverted shapes, wraps, and sequences, as well as intermediate drops and poses. Enhance your transitions and discover your creative side as you refine your aerial technique.

  • In Level 4, students will dive into advanced techniques, sequences, drops and poses. This level also introduces the use of beats and dynamics, allowing students to explore momentum and rhythm in their movements. Emphasis will be placed on refining technical skills, enhancing performance quality, and fostering a deeper understanding of aerial theory!

Lyra, also called Aerial Hoop, is a steel ring hung vertically by one or two ropes/spansets.

  • In this beginner friendly class, students will learn to perform various mounts and poses on the lyra. This class emphasizes body awareness while building strength, and mobility in a fun new way!

    Wednesday: 6:30 - 7:30PM

  • In this class, we will build upon our foundational skills and begin to explore intermediate tricks and transitions on the aerial hoop (Lyra).. This class will introduce intermediate sequences utilizing spins, rolls, and drops. Students will work on refining their body alignment and fluidity of movement, as well as building confidence in their aerial abilities!

  • This class will introduce more complex tricks, including dynamic movements, transitions in spanset, and advanced spins!

Sling

  • Learn the fundamentals of sling with beginner mounts, poses, and wraps. This class emphasizes body awareness while building strength and mobility in a fun new way.

  • This class will introduce more complex mounts as well as intermediate poses and wraps. Emphasis will be placed on enhancing body awareness, control, and fluidity while developing strength and confidence in the air. Students will also begin to work towards inversions!

Aerial Sling, similar to Aerial Hammock, is one piece of fabric with the two tails connected to the ceiling at the same point.

Lollipop Lyra

  • In this beginner friendly class, students will learn to perform various mounts and poses on the Lollipop. This class emphasizes body awareness while building strength, and mobility in a fun new way!

Flying Pole

  • Explore Flying Pole in this beginner friendly class. We’ll learn foundational climbs, grips, and spins. This class emphasizes body awareness while building strength and mobility in a fun new way.
